A Grand Birthday!

Dave turned 31 in this last month!! For his birthday he really wanted some cold weather so we decided to take a little trip up north to Flagstaff for the weekend. Unfortunately it wasn't that cold until the sun went down. But it was nice to get away from some cactus for a few days and at least see a tiny bit of snow on the peaks.


We spent his birthday the Grand Canyon, went to a few different look outs and did the sky walk. It was so much fun! Dave especially LOVED it when I had the camera - note: many pictures of my sweet sweet husband which he was not allowed to delete, blurry or not.



We took a drive to Lake Mary, and meteor crater (which seemed like a much smaller hole 20+ years later). It was SOOOOOOO nice to spend an entire weekend together with not particular place to be.



We also made a little stop at a cool little ghost town to explore for a bit after we went to meteor crater.

Solid weekend. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY LOVE!
